How much do you charge?

Minimum 3 hours- Wedding Illustration Experience
From £800 for bookings within the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Includes live illustration of guests and the ceremony, plus a keepsake for the couple.
2-Hour Guest Illustration Package -Local Only - For shorter celebrations or drinks receptions. Please enquire for availability and pricing.

London and city centre bookings are quoted individually.

Travel beyond the Cotswolds, significant travel time, and peak dates (including bank holidays & New Year’s Eve/Day) may incur additional fees.

Final price depends on your chosen package, location, and travel requirements.

Can you Travel?

I am Wiltshire based, but I can travel!

when you pop me a message please include the post code of your venue. For long-distance bookings, coverage options may vary

How many illustrations can you do per hour?

Guest illustrations, I approx do 6 illustrations per hour, based on two people, so approx 12 or more people per hour,

Can you prioritise people?

I recommend letting your prioritise guests come to me directly when they’d like a portrait. For a smoother experience, I can also provide a digital token that you can give to your guests in advance. Together, we can arrange a timing that works best for your day.

What types of materials do you use?

I use water colour 300gsm hammered paper, which is thick, water colours, I also use variety of pens.

I can use other materials and medium so please ask if you have something in mind.

Do you do just weddings?

I attend all events, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate, Christmas parties and more just ask!

I have lots of guest?

for large weddings you can add on studio time package, this is where I finish them off at home and send them to you.

What do I (event) need to provide on the day?

all I ask for is a table and chair to work from and to place stand on for the illustrations on.

What do you work from?

I work from my easel by when im painting the live ceremony. I also work from a table snd chair set up by the venue.

How many people can you draw per illustration?

I try to limit just two people per illustration so as many guests can have one, unless they are a family or really want one as a group of 4 of them .

Do guest need to sit while you paint them?

No I take a picture of them and then paint them. But i can also offer this service if you rather,

Do you take a deposit?
yes to secure the date i take a 50% deposit then the remaining balance is not due till two weeks before your event.
